Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Generate new business/leads
  • Good Communication Skills
  • Managing Teams
  • Interact with clients & understand their training requirements
  • Convert assigned leads to successful closure
  • Preparing Proposals & responding to RFP / RFQ
  • Searching Trainer profiles
  • Evaluate Trainer Profiles
  • Arrange discussions between trainer & clients to set the objective & expectation of the training
  • Ensure training delivery happens seamlessly from start to end
